Hello! Thank you for visiting. I am a licensed psychologist, school psychologist, consultant, speaker, and author. While I hold many titles, the most important one to me is MOM. Do you know that 1 in 5 children have a diagnosable mental health condition? While genetics plays a factor in mental illness, environmental factors have some influence. The relationships that caregivers have with their children has a major impact on their development.  I am passionate about childhood mental health, children’s academic success, and parent-child relationships.
